2026 - 1989 LINCOLN TOWNCAR GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor Information

The sponsor of this drawing is ARDIES’ MISSION, INC., a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) & 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, with its principal place of business located at 2036 14th Avenue, Suite 106, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

2. Eligibility

The raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid, non-suspended driver’s license and proof of proper legal vehicle insurance at the time of entry and REVEAL PARTY to pick up of the vehicle at the REVEAL PARTY in order to drive the vehicle from the REVEAL PARTY location parking lot. The REVEAL PARTY location will be at 3 Olives Lounge & Bar 207 Port Saint Lucie BLVD, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984.  It is a requirement to pick up said prize(s) the day of the REVEAL PARTY as there is no property to store said winning Grand prize and/or other door prizes the day of the REVEAL PARTY.  Officers, directors, and core drawing supervisors of the Sponsor are specifically excluded from participating.

3. Promotion Period

The entry period begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on October 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (the "Promotion Period"). All entries (whether via optional contribution or free method) must be received before the deadline.

4. How to Enter

There are several ways to enter:

• Optional Donation Entry: Make an optional monetary contribution to ARDIES’ MISSION, INC. via www.ardiesmission.org or 2036 14th Avenue, Suite 106, Vero Beach, FL 32960, Call Shyrell Copas 772.999.5589/615.927.1155 or Jim Proctor 954.588.9265 to receive a drawing entry/ticket.

• Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, complete street address, phone number, date of birth and email address on a 3x5 card and mail to: Ardies’ Mission, Inc. - Attention: 1989 Lincoln Towncar Raffle Entry, 2036 14th Avenue, Suite 106, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 14, 2026 and received by October 16, 2026. Limit one free entry per outer envelope per person with proper identification, insurance and age requirements per the State of Florida vehicle operating laws.

• Optional Volunteer Entry: Complete Volunteer form for Ardies’ Mission, Inc. to volunteer your time to assist with Character Development classes, our field trips or other activities and programs we have a need for.

• Optional Donation of Door Prize Entry: Bring or mail to Ardies’ Mission, Inc., 2036 14th Avenue, Suite 106, Vero Beach, FL 32960, a qualified door prize.

5. Prize Description

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 1989 Lincoln Towncar as pictured in the advertising for this promotion, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $4,000. The vehicle is awarded "AS-IS".

6. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at approximately 6:45 p.m. at 3 Olives Lounge & Bar 207 SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984 at the REVEAL PARTY. There will be other door prizes available at the drawing. The winner needs to be present to win and be able to pick up the car at the REVEAL PARTY to drive the car away from the property as the car will not have a place to be stored OR the winner can have the vehicle towed to the winners location at the winner’s expense not at the expense of Ardies’ Mission, Inc. nor any other sponsor, etc. assisting with this Event. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. That number will not be known by anyone other than the Officers of Ardies’ Mission, Inc. who is the distributor of the tickets for this Event.

7. Taxes, Fees, and Claiming the Prize

• The winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes (including sales/use tax), license, title, insurance, registration fees, and any other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or driving the vehicle from the location of the REVEAL PARTY INCLUDING towing the vehicle from the REVEAL PARTY venue the day of the REVEAL PARTY due to there being no property to store said Grand Prize vehicle.

• The winner must claim the prize in person at 3 Olives Lounge & Bar 207 SW Port Saint Lucie BLVD, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984 at the REVEAL PARTY OR within 1 day/24 hours of the drawing by presenting a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance per Florida law. The winner understands that said Grand Prize vehicle must not be left at the REVEAL PARTY location due to the venue being donated to Ardies’ Mission, Inc. for this TICKET AND REVEAL PARTY specifically for this Event.

• If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or refuses the required tax documentation (IRS Form 1099 or W-9), an alternate winner will be randomly drawn by Sunday, October 25, 2026 and notified via phone call, email and USPS mail.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of ARDIES’ MISSION, INC., which are final. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws of Florida. Under Florida law, failure to comply with charitable drawing requirements is a second-degree misdemeanor.
